Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Availability:

Products purchased on www.bluewavecomputers.in are available for delivery in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Puducherry only.

We will update any changes regarding the inclusion or removal of states on this page. Please refer to the Shipping Policy link on our home page for the latest updates.

Delivery Timelines:

Bluewave Computers is committed to ensuring timely delivery of your orders:

  • Same-day delivery (1 working day): Available within Hosur (30KM)
  • Within 2 working days: Hosur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Bangalore, Attibele, Malur, Chandapura
  • Within 7 working days: Other serviceable areas within the above-mentioned states

(Delivery timelines are subject to order confirmation, successful payment realization, and product availability.)

 Notes:

  • While we take all necessary measures to meet the delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • If you order multiple products in a single transaction, they will be shipped to the same address provided during checkout.
  • To ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

Pin Code Serviceability:

  • You can check if delivery is available in your area by clicking “Check Availability” on the Product page before making a purchase.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we request you to provide an alternative shipping address that falls within our serviceable regions.

Delivery Process

 ✅ Order Processing & Inspection

✔️ All products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping.

✔️ Once approved, products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery & Attempts

✔️ Delivery will be made to the person present at the shipping address provided by the user.

✔️ Our delivery partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order.

✔️ If the user is unreachable or does not accept delivery, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.

Invoice & Order Confirmation

✔️ A printed invoice will be included in the package.

✔️ A confirmation email will be sent after placing the order.

✔️ A soft copy of the invoice will be emailed on the next working day after delivery.

Tracking of your order/package

✔️ Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

24/7 Order Tracking

✔️ You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

Replacement for Damaged/Wrong Orders

✔️ If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Company's Right to Accept or Cancel Orders

✔️ Bluewave Computers reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at any time after receipt.

✔️ Order confirmation (email/SMS) does not guarantee acceptance.

Verification & Order Acceptance

✔️ Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order.

✔️ Your order is considered accepted only upon shipment confirmation from our servers.

Errors & Incorrect Pricing

✔️ The company reserves the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, rebate, or discount due to errors.

✔️ If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the same payment method immediately.

Cancellation by User

Cancellation before shipment A request to cancel an order placed on our ePortal can be made by:

✅ Placing a "Cancel Order" request in the My Account page. or by

✅ Sending a request to our customer support team at esupport@bluewavecomputers.in From the User’s registered email id with reason for cancellation and order details. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money for all prepaid orders will be refunded to the User with 2% deduction within 10 business days after the cancellation request is received.

Cancellation after Shipment before delivery

How to Cancel:

Send a cancellation request to esupport@bluewavecomputers.in from your registered email ID, mentioning the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy:

✔️ If canceled before delivery, a 2% deduction (banking & transaction charges) will apply. The remaining amount will be refunded.

✔️ If the order is already shipped, the courier may still attempt delivery. Do not accept the package.

✔️ If the order is refused at delivery without prior cancellation, a 2% deduction (banking, transaction, and shipment charges) will apply. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

User understands and agrees to such deduction as mentioned above by placing a cancellation request for any such orders before delivery of the product.

We reserve the right to cancel your bulk orders placed on the platform.  To avoid such cancellations and/or for bulk orders, please write to esupport@bluewavecomputers.in

Duration for cancellation

 ✅ Cancellation Processing

✔️ Once a cancellation request is received, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

✔️ The user will be notified via email once the cancellation is confirmed.

If Order is Already Shipped

✔️ If the order status shows 'Shipped', we will process the cancellation with our logistics partner.

✔️ Refunds will be initiated once the cancelled items are received from the courier.

Refund Timeline

✔️ If the refund is transferred back to the original payment source, it may take 7-10 business days for the bank to process.

✔️ For any delays after confirmation, kindly contact your bank directly.

Refund

 ✅ Eligible Refunds

✔️ Refunds are applicable only for purchases that are not replaceable but are reported as:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Different from the ordered product

✔️ Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

✔️ Within 48 business hours after receiving the returned product.

✔️ It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on delivery transactions

 ✅ Refund Process

✔️ A bank transfer will be initiated based on the billing details provided by you.

✔️ The process will be completed within 48 business hours after we receive the returned product and your bank details (via My Account or registered email ID).

✔️ It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
