Bluewave Computers (the Company) reserves the right to accept or cancel the orders at any time after receipt of the user's order for any reason. Kindly note that the receipt by the user of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the company's acceptance of the user's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the company's offer to sell. The company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The user's order will be deemed accepted by the company upon shipment of products that the user has ordered, as indicated by the company's web servers. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate, or discount, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.

The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether the order has been confirmed or not, and the user's credit, debit, or cash card will be charged. If the user's credit/debit/cash card has already been charged for the purchase and the user's order is cancelled, the company shall immediately issue a credit to the user's credit/debit/cash card account for the exact amount that was charged.

Cancellation by User

Cancellation before shipment A request to cancel an order placed on our ePortal can be made by:

✅ Placing a "Cancel Order" request in the My Account page. or by

✅ Sending a request to our customer support team at esupport@bluewavecomputers.in From the User’s registered email id with reason for cancellation and order details. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money for all prepaid orders will be refunded to the User with 2% deduction within 10 business days after the cancellation request is received.

Cancellation after Shipment before delivery

1️⃣ Cancel requests after shipment can be placed by sending a request to our customer support team at esupport@bluewavecomputers. from the user’s registered email ID with a reason for cancellation. 

2️⃣ Refund Policy for Cancellations Before Delivery:

• All eligible refunds for orders cancelled before delivery will be subject to a 2% deduction of the total transaction value as banking and transaction charges. 
• The remaining balance will be processed for a refund. 

3️⃣ If the order has already been handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. 

• Kindly do not accept the delivery if you have already canceled the order. 

4️⃣ Refusal to Accept Delivery:

• If the user refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery without prior cancellation, the refund will be subject to a 2% deduction for banking transactions and shipment charges. 
• The balance amount will be refunded within 10 business days.

5️⃣ By placing a cancellation request before delivery, the user understands and agrees to the deductions mentioned above. 

6️⃣ Bulk Order Cancellations:

• We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders placed on the platform.
• To avoid cancellations and/or for bulk orders, please write to esupport@bluewavecomputers.in

Duration for cancellation

Once a request for the cancellation of an item by the user is received, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The user will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.

Refund

Refunds shall be considered for those purchases that are not replaceable but are logged in for damage, defective, or different only as per the above-mentioned policy. We can process the refund for replacement only after the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund method

The refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on delivery transactions

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on My Account and/or email from Register email id. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
